CoveredWell provides an online platform designed to help users explore, understand, and facilitate access to insurance, benefits, and related services offered by licensed insurance carriers, advisors, and third-party providers. CoveredWell acts as a facilitator and does not itself underwrite, insure, or guarantee coverage.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use the Site.

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the Site or its security
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

CoveredWell operates through appropriately licensed insurance professionals and affiliated entities where required by law. CoveredWell maintains errors and omissions (E&O) insurance coverage consistent with industry standards.

CoveredWell does not guarantee coverage availability, eligibility, pricing, underwriting approval, or outcomes of any insurance or benefits application or enrollment process.

CoveredWell does not store sensitive personal or health information outside of carrier portals or approved secure environments, except as expressly disclosed. Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Site are owned by CoveredWell or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Site content without prior written permission.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. CoveredWell does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CoveredWell may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
